TEAM RESPSONBILITIES:
BEFORE POTLUCK:
Reheat food
Set-up potluck food after Divine Service is over
Please Note:  All food should be prepared ahead of time; there should be
absolutely NO preparation or cooking food during Divine Service
DURING POTLUCK:
Potluck is to begin AFTER PASTOR says the blessing
Serve:  Children & Disabled first; Guests second; Church Members last
Remove empty containers & extra food from tables
AFTER POTLUICK:
Make sure the ovens are turned completely off
Wash, dry & put away dishes belonging to the church only
Clean-up kitchen [all counters; cabinets; equipment; floors & DUMP TRASH]
preferrably AFTER SUNSET
unless there is an event in the evening, then clean up after lunchs
