Our Musical Ministry

We are a Christian male a-capella singing group answering the call of the Lord to "go and do likewise" (Luke 10:37). Jesus has blessed us with the gift of music and He has given us the talent to use the gift to touch the hearts of anyone who will listen.
We pray that, as they listen, they will find comfort and assurance in the work of God. As a group and as a member of the family of God, we are committed to singing the gospel to glorify the Lord.
Our music combines the telling of the goodness of God, His suffering for us and his promise to return to take us home; (John 1:3). Not only do we sing the goodness of Jesus our Savior, but we strive to live it; interacting with those around us by participating in church and community functions and supporting others like us.
It is our prayer and desire to share our music with everyone to help spread the gospel in hopes of spiritually enriching our lives and the lives of those who listen.

Biography

"A Few Good Men" male singing group began in Palo Alto, CA, under the leadership of brothers Jerome, Walker and Filipo Lepulu Jr. This ministry was formed to spread the gospel through song. Their music ranges from harmonious a-capella tunes, to island rhythms played on guitars and ukuleles. The group has a diverse ethnic background as well. They range from a majority of Samoans, to Kenyan, Palauan and American heritages.
In August 2000, the group and their families joined the Mountain View Central SDA Church. In March 2001 and 2002, the group shared their ministry with the Native American Nations of Port Hardy, British Colombia. In September 2002, the group release their first CD entitled, "Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled."
In November 2003, the group held a concert in Eugene, Oregon. In August 2005 the group shared their ministry with the Native American Nations living in Yakima Washington. That same year they release their second CD "Face to Face". This past March 2006, the group completed a mini-tour of Alaska, singing at three different churches and experiencing the wonders of this snowy state for the first time.
The group continues their ministry all over the Bay Area. They have sung several times at the Soquel Camp meetings, special church programs and visitations with the sick and elderly. Within this group is the smaller young men's group, "Third Cross". This generation of singers continues the music ministry, mixing the old with the new as well as reaching out to the younger audience listeners.
A Few Good Men is devoted to singing praises to the Creator and proclaiming the message of the Lord's second coming. Each member of a Few Good Men was raised with music in their homes. It is a beautiful gift from God that they use to return praises and thanks as well as reaching out to all of God's children. They enjoy this ministry and pray that every song they sing may be a blessing to those who listen.
